Item was purchased and when set up, never could get the lights to come on. Went through problem solving checklist to no avail and attempt to contact customer service was a joke. If the product does work it may be the best thing ever but I’m returning them with no intent to buy again.

The lights did not power off manually, using the remote, OR using the app. The color of the lights did not reflect the color selected on the app and the changes were either very laggy or non-existent. Immediately returned. Skipped RBG bulbs entirely and went with a nice warm white from a different company.

All of the reviews rave about the heavy duty cord on these. When mine arrived they have a flimsy cord not much thicker than an indoor extension cord. I did not bother to put the bulbs in because they are going back.
