We purchased two strands of these in September of 2020 but didn’t put them up until Fall of 2021 once our backyard was finished. I would have given 5 stars as they worked faithfully through all kinds of weather but for not even a year and a half. Slowly bulbs start to go out ( we have 5 bulbs out with two strands) And replacement bulbs are impossible to find. I just purchased 3 new strands to replace these since I cannot find bulbs, however, with the latest reviews I am reading, the quality is not as good so I am skeptical. I will see once they arrive.

Perfect lightings for our pergola! Highly recommended due to quality of the wire and light bulbs. The led bulbs itself are bright, very light and not made of glass (maybe plastic?). As instruction mentioned, make sure to tighten the bulb into the light bulb socket or it won’t light up. Otherwise it’s pretty easy to install. Beware: it advertised as “dimmable” but remote control was not included!

The main cord is a two wire cord with no structural spine inside of it like the old round version of the cable. This makes it subject to stretching and breaking especially under the sun. They switched the bulb base to a smaller size and the plug end itself is a different type of brittle plastic.

They function well with the app and the dimming is awesome. However, these lights are sooo spaced out from one another. Definitely not for a smaller area (I intended to use them on my porch) but they just look a bit goofy because of all the gaps. Might end up putting in my backyard and get a different kind for porch
