This tablet is great with vivid colors. Much brighter than the tablet I was replacing. I purchased 2, but after a couple of months, 1 of them had a strip at the bottom that malfunctioned. The color would fade soon after drawing. I called Kokodi customer service, and was asked to send a video of the problem. The next day I received a call that a replacement would be sent, and then another call that it was on its way. In less than a week I received the new tablet. The customer service was exceptional and the representative was very kind and helpful.
