UPDATE 4/10/23 – I called the company directly and they shipped a new tablet to my house and I received it within 2 days. Best customer service I have received in years! Even followed up to ensure we received it.
We gave these to the kids at Christmas and one has broken. The LED screen won’t clear even after changing the battery. Great concept if they were of better quality.
