If you have extremely calloused feet, this product will work especially well if you use an exfoliating foot peel (e.g. Baby Foot Peel) a couple of weeks before using this product. Wait for your feet to completely peel and then to get more of the callouses off, then use the electric callus remover. Repeat about every 60-90 days for great-looking feet, but make sure to moisturize your feet in between.
