How to pair to bluetooth remote?
A. Turn the remote on with the power switch located at the side. The blue LED light will flicker.
B. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth setting & connect to “”””AB Shutter 3″””” in the available devices list. The blue LED light will stop flickering when connected.
C. Open your phone’s camera app. Press the button associated with your phone’s operating system (iOS or Android).
Warm Tips: To record video with the remote, for all iPhone and most Android phones, just switch the native camera app to video mode, click the button to start recording, click again to end recording.

I purchased this same ring light in 2021, but due to a fault of my own the cord broke. So, I came back here to buy another in 2023.
The new one is different — and not in a good way. Overall, it seems to be a more cheaply made material, plus the 2 issues below:
The light cover as a frost over it, making it dimmer than the previous one. The old one I couldn’t even have it on the highest setting, as it was too bright. This one? The highest setting is like the lowest setting of the old one.
The phone holder is also different. The phone holder is what will tilt downward, versus the actual tripod part which the old one did. This makes it difficult to tilt it downward.
Not happy with this one.

This is a pretty nice unit for the money. I wish the cord was a little bit longer because it does make it a challenge to get it in the right spot.. the light is plenty bright in the phone mount works pretty well and I was able to get at level. The tripod is fully adjustable and meets my needs pretty well. For the price point it is a very nice product but if I could do it again, I would probably get one that was battery powered.. it would make it a lot easier doing my car detailing videos in the garage.
